Bunsen in Belfast

McKibbin Commercial have acquired Bunsen's new outlet on Hill Street which will provide c. 80 covers at any one time.  

Bunsen now have 6 outlets, five of which are located in the Republic of Ireland.  McKibbin's initially carried out a city wide property search and provided Bunsen with all potential opportunities.  Once the desired location was selected, McKibbin's carried out all lease negotiations on Bunsen's behalf to secure suitable terms that they were comfortable with.
