Disposal of Surplus Assets for Northern Ireland Water

NI Water has identified some sites which are no longer required by the company.  Some of these sites will be advertised for sale over the coming months.

Assets will be advertised on the open market through McKibbin Commercial Property Consultants. 

Sites advertised for disposal during 2016/17 include:

• Land Opposite Boomers Reservoir, Derriaghy Road, Lisburn
  
  
• Forked Bridge Water Treatment Works, Glenavy Road, Lisburn
  
  
• Milltown Burndennett Wastewater Treatment Works, Ballyheather Road, Strabane
