Site Disposals for Northern Ireland Water

Acting on behalf of our retained client, Northern Ireland Water, Brian Wilkinson of McKibbin Commercial recently conducted a number of disposals of redundant operational sites on behalf of the organisation including Whitespots Service Reservoir and associated land at Orchard Lane, Newtownards and a former Waste Water Treatment Works of 1 acre at Derriaghy Road, Lisburn.

Both sites were sold to local developers with the company reporting good demand for all surplus assets listed.
